​Hello. My name is Vince Willenbring, the newly published author of the book, The Heidi Code. I came up with the initial, rough outline of the story in my mind while I was raking my yard in October 2006. It only took about 18 years, but I finally finished the book in 2024. I set the book in the Duluth, MN area, because I have always found Duluth exciting and mysterious and felt it would be a great setting for that type of story. Speaking of exciting, I was recently featured on a Duluth news station to talk about my book while I was conducting a book signing at the Bookstore at Fitger's:
